Description
Two models of this machinery are available: MAP-5, to nail 2 ways pallets, and MAP-6, to nail 2 and 4 ways pallets. It is a fixed chassis made of a structural tube with coil nail guns on a transport carriage. The carriage is moved by chains with 2 CV geared motors. It is a perfect machine to make a short or long production series. It has a great flexibility and allows a fast and easy changeover to make different types of pallets. In order to optimize your production, you can programme its gear to work with one or two workers.
The machine allows nailing planks together at the extremes on the upper side. It can also be configured not only for nailing pallets but also for nailing decks.
220 or 380 V power and an air intake are needed for the installation of the machine.

Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
