enormous:
The loading of the logs onto the carriage is significantly faster due to the easy transfer.
Due to the slanted set-up, the lumber lands on the transfer conveyor with the narrow face up. The high degree of automation and a modern control stand allow one operator to monitor besides the bandsaw headrig operation the automatic performance of edger-optimizer, flitch cross cut saws and a circular resaw as well.

The high precision of the carriage running gear and track contributes significantly to the accuracy of the sawn lumber. The design allows the spacing of the headblocks to be customized to suit the individual requirements. The carriage drive

A highly dynamic electric drive system with a frequency converter controlled gear motor powers the carriage. The headblocks
The headblocks are made in extra heavy, shock resistant welded steel construction and are moved on precision machined block supports.
Log turners are on board mounted v-type double arm turners allowing a fast turning in both directions.

How long does it take to process your order? Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
