Description
Ultra TT 2000/3000/4000 is mainly used to produce construction timber elements.
The individual shaper is designed to a package width of 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of 280 mm and a package length of 300 – 2,000 (3,000 or 4,000) mm. Shaping and glue application on the second side is carried out after a turn of 180° on an automatic, traveling servo-turntable. Almost all types of glue can be used.
The pressing process is carried out as an endless length with an extrusion press or as a fixed length using various front-end presses (6/7.2/9.3/12/16/18 m). The average capacity is around two packages/min. Turbo S2000-4000 – Finger Jointing Lines for package cutting
Turbo-S 2000
Turbo-S 2000 is a double shaper for a package width of up to 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of up to 225 mm and a package length of 200 – 2,000 mm. The patented turbo effect is achieved using independent shaping processes from shaper 1 and shaper 2. Continuous feeding systems provide the transfer to the various press units. The average capacity of the shaper is between 5.5 packages/min and a maximum of 7.5 packages/min.
Turbo-S 3000/4000
This double shaper is constructed for a package width of up to 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of up to 225 mm and a package length of 200 – 3,000/4,000 mm. The shaper combination produces on average 3.5 packages/min. Press systems can be combined as desired for all end lengths. Turbo-LH 6000 – Finger jointing line for construction timber The Turbo-LH 6000 is a shaper combination with a package width of up to 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of up to 300 mm and a timber feed in length of 900 – 6,000 mm.
The press system of the extrusion press (6 m/12 m) can achieve a performance of up to 80 m/min. Our new through-feed press DKK with a production performance of up to 160 m/min can be used for higher capacities with any outfeed length.
The GreconLine offers you mechanizations that are individually customized to your production process for this and all other finger jointing lines. For example, an infeed mechanization consisting of a cross conveyor, a double packaging station with a roller conveyor and a package cross feeder. During the mechanization operation, the wood panels with different lengths are pushed in parallel over the ejecting edge in the center. This procedure ensures rapid and trouble-free operation.
