Description
The briquetting press TH 1500 presses all compressible materials in an especially hardened form. The briquette formed in this way is very dense in shape and is ejected in turns. The axial piston pump of the hydraulic system is driven by an energy-efficient 30 kW motor. The throughput rate is determined by the specific weight of the material, the length and the compression. The TH 1500 briqutting machine is available with a hopper of 1.400 x 1.400 mm, an ideal buffer. The most characteristic element of this briquetting machine is the press form in which the pressing operation takes place. The motion sequence of the cylinders and the form are monitored and controlled by means of a position sensor. This enables an exact positioning, making it during normal operation impossible for the material to get stuck and jammed. The material can be fed into a large storage hopper, from which it is dosed and supplied by an agitator and a feeder worm screw. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
