Our animal feed solutions cover every stage of production, from raw ingredient to finished feed.
Precision grinding is handled through hammermills and roller mills – including step-grinding setups that combine both for a more uniform, energy-efficient grind with lower consumable costs.
Pelleting systems, paired with conditioners and hygienisers, produce durable, pathogen reduced pellets that improve feed efficiency and cut transport costs, while steam flaking mills deliver consistent, high-quality flakes from corn, barley, milo, and wheat. Gyro sifters protect downstream equipment by cleaning 50–300 tons of feed per hour, and crumblers produce uniform crumbles even in demanding conditions.
Cooling and drying is managed through heavy-duty horizontal dryer/coolers and counterflow coolers for precise moisture and temperature control, while high-accuracy weighing systems – microscales, bulk bag minor scales, and loss-in-weight scales – minimize cross-contamination during batching.
Tying it all together, fully integrated automation and controls manage receiving, grinding, batching, pelleting, and loadout with minimal operator input, reducing labor costs and mistakes while boosting production and quality across the operation.
Our biomass pelleting solutions turn wood waste, agricultural residues, and industrial byproducts into dense, clean-burning fuels like wood pellets, fire logs, and briquettes.
The process starts with drying – using drum or belt-type dryers to bring wood waste with 50-60% moisture content down to pelleting-ready levels – followed by heavy-duty hammermill grinding for a uniform particle size that ensures good pellet quality and low dust.
Direct drive, high-capacity pellet mills then compress the material at high output and low energy consumption, with special die and roller designs, heavy-duty gearboxes, and features like oil-lubricated rollers and pellet length control (Type Zenith) delivering denser pellets, simplified maintenance, and lower energy use per ton than competing machines.
Counterflow coolers stabilize the finished pellets for hardness and storage, after which they can be sifted and moved to silo or flat storage, or bagged. For waste streams better suited to compaction, mechanical and hydraulic briquetting presses turn wood and industrial waste into high-density briquettes for reuse or reduced disposal costs — giving producers a complete, energy-efficient path from raw biomass to a stable, sustainable, and marketable fuel product.
