DOOR CONFIGURATIONS

  • Hildebrand Brunner kilns offer a range of door designs to suit your workflow and facility layout:

    • Swinging:
      • (One or two sections). Simple and economical. Specially suitable for track loaded dry kilns.
    • Sliding:
      • Space saving – easy to move and operate manually.
    • Hoist Lifted:
      • Used for large kiln opening up t o 46′ (14m), operated either manually or by power winch. Includes a safety drop device. This door design is also suitable for progressive dry kilns.
    • Folding:
      • (3-6 sections). Inexpensive solution for large dry kilns.
    • Lifting-sliding:
      • Manual or power operated, suitable for multi kiln installations, excellent sealing is achieved by using the weight of the door.
    • Lifting-sliding:
      • Suitable for installations where space saving is important. Doors operate with the help of a counter weight and are counter balanced in all positions for safety
