BEDDING & WOOD SHAVING

Wood shavings are perfect for animal bedding because it’s cheap, absorbent and masks the odour of urine.

Our wood shavings machines produce high-quality shavings from whole logs or wood waste, suitable for agricultural bedding – animal bedding. Heavy-duty construction provides a high level of reliability, production and continuous operation.

CHIPPERS

PTO driven, Mobile, Garden and Stationary Chippers with vertical and horizontal infeeds ideal for Farming, Landscaping and Agriculture.

With over 60 years experience in the industry, we understand the importance of a good quality durable chipper. Our chippers are being used for various applications such as bush/land clearing and mulching which help prevent wildfires and reintroduce nutrients back int the soil.

HAMMER MILLS

The Hammer Mill is designed to cut hard grains into smaller pieces before being added with other forage for Animal Feed. Also often used for making Mealie Meal by grinding Maize or Corn.

The Hammer Mill is also used for the fine-grinding of chips and wood sawdust as well as grinding of pre-crushed recycling chips or wood bark.

The Mill is compact, fast to install and easy to use.

LOG PROCESSING

Our log processing solutions deliver robust, end-to-end automation for sorting, prepping, and conveying raw timber while improving raw material yield, minimising downstream bottlenecks, and supporting maximum daily sawline output.

MULCHERS

Our mulchers can be used for a variety of applications. Ground preparation for the harvesting of fruits, weeds, cutting up of runners, pruning and crushing stones for Agriculture and Forestry. We understand the importance of robust and long-term durable machines, which is why we sell Ventura.

Furthermore, mulching removes the vegetation and reintroduces it to the ecosystem in a broken-down form. This means that the reduced biomass is evenly distributed in the soil.

As a result, the soil does not dry out after the vegetation has been removed and does not become a victim of wind and rain erosion. The natural biological decomposition process also forms a layer of humus, which is transported into the soil by microorganisms and makes it more fertile.
