Higher revolutions and 700 mm of stroke make this sash gang saw a fast and powerful machine. The oscillating feed drive system eliminates the rubbing of the saw blades as far as possible and the sawing of large logs is made easier considerably. The centering/aligning and infeed table (ZEF) in front of the machine can increase production and lumber recovery. Optionally the sash gang HDSN is available with a two-sided hydraulic shifting saw bank system „SV“.

The ideal sawing motion of the sash gang is ensured by combining the continuous feed with the proportional overhang adjustment and superposed oscillation of the frame. The oscillating sash frame ensures a uniform bite per tooth and total utilization of each sash stroke, avoiding the common rubbing of the saw blades during the upstroke. A clearly structured machine set-up provides easy access to the machine from all sides and a convenient operation.

Heavy-duty sash gang saw for the use in medium to large sawmills
The HDN sash gang saw is designed for the varied requirements of a broad assortment policy in medium to large size frame sawmills.
The HDN is chosen for the efficient sawing, with differing feed speeds, of small to large softwood or hardwood logs. The oscillating feed drive achieves an optimum relation between saw speed and relative feed speed. The rubbing of the saw blades is eliminated as far as possible and the sawing of large logs is made easier considerably. Optionally the sash gang HDE-S is available with a two-sided hydraulic shifting saw bank system „SV“.
500mm Stroke: LSH

The sash gang saw commands superb technical features. The very good value for money is the result of a well-engineered design. The combination of a feed drive with variable speed control and automatic overhang adjustment with upper oscillating frame achieves very advantageous sawing conditions, without rubbing of the saw blades. The ejection of sawdust to the top is eliminated as far as possible. The sawing of large logs is made easier considerably.

The mark of the oscillating frame sash gang HDE-S is the high quality and reliability of the machine. The frame saw is equipped with an oscillating frame and an automatic overhang adjustment.
This ensures advantageous sawing conditions without rubbing of the saw blades. Besides the standard model with 4 feed rollers, a model with 8 feed rollers for the sawing of short logs (min. 1 m) or for curve sawing is available. Optionally the sash gang HDE-S is available with a two-sided hydraulic shifting saw bank system „SV“.
