Description
The KS250 professional grinding machine is suitable for all types of industrial blades, including paper knives,
chipper knives for wood, recycling blades for plastic (granulating knives), peeling and veneer knives, slitter blades,
guillotine knives, and tungsten carbide edged blades. The machine is available in grinding lengths from 1000 mm to
7100 mm and longer upon request
The main features:

- Magnetic chuck is permanent (cold) width 150mm, polarity 20-24mm
- The carriage moves on lubricated sliding blocks, the sliding surface of which is made of PTFE, which has a very low coefficient of friction and is extremely hard wearing
- Carriage drive via a toothed belt, which ensures a very smooth translation
- Adjustable carriage run and variable carriage speed from 1 to 30 m / min
- A high flow rate of coolant with two side nozzles and one nozzle in the centre of the grinding wheel
- Automatic working cycle (roughing, finishing and spark-out) programmable via PLC
- Electro-magnetic chuck rotating from 0 ° to 90 ° via a lever with position locking bolt
- Possibility to design systems for clamping of blades and/or offer special versions
