Wherever precise product moisture is required, the inline moisture analyzers provide the users with the necessary information. The continual availability of product properties allows for easy adjustment of the production process to ensure a high standard of product quality. The moisture content of the material used or produced is of utmost importance because it must be neither too wet nor too dry, independent of the application. Measurement is conducted inline, independent of density, surface structure, and color of the material measured. Due to the deep penetration of the microwave field/signal into the product, the water, which is physically bound, is determined by the sensor‘s detuning and attenuation of the frequency of resonance.
Measurement is done either by contact of the material with the measuring head/sensor (MM 6000) or in a noncontact way by a slit sensor (MM 6000 VS). The non-contact measuring method is suitable for both continuous (MM 6000 VS) and non-continuous (MM 6000 VS LMS) material flows.

How long does it take to process your order? Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
