High Performance – Edger Optimizer System for more than 20.000 boards per shift with 50 – 70 pcs./min.
The youngest member of the family of edger optimizer systems is a revolution to the edger technology. All components and functions of the edger optimizer system, from board singulator to board positioning and board acceleration all the way through to the edging separator have been optimized. Many of the functions have been developed from ground up new to provide significantly higher production, even more up-time and recovery. The OptiDriveLine Edger optimizer systems can be fitted with transverse or linear scanning systems.
OptimesLine – 30-50 pcs./min.
The edger optimizer system OptimesLine stands for maximum value yield in the performance classes of 30 – 40 – 50 pcs./min.
The high flexibility of this system encompasses different mechanized board manipulation solutions, various scanning.
The systems include grade scanning and the selection between different flexible top arbor saw units for almost all requirements. Lumber infeed to the edger optimizer system OptimesLine is possible from the left or right side and also from both sides. The edging following the continuous scanning guarantees an unbeatable high and qualitatively constant recovery.
CombimesLine – 20-25 pcs./min.
Edger optimizer system for steady performance and high added value in the performance class of up to 25 pcs./min.
The CombimesLine edger optimizer and resaw system is designed and build very robust and provides reliable excellent production and recovery figures, even under the toughest conditions. The patented scanning and positioning process of the lumber is designed for the broad range of applications in medium-sized sawmills. For the optimum adaption to the sawmill requirements, a comprehensive range of edger/gang saw units is available.
DK 90 edger circularsaw – Manual feed
The manually fed edger and gang circular resaw DK 90 is the perfect supplement to the main break down machines such as sash gang saw or log bandmill in small and medium sized sawmills. In larger operations the DK90 is used as a valuable side machine for versatile and flexible tasks. The machine was refined over many years and stands today for high and everlasting reliability also under tough conditions.
