Diversion of material flow
Diversion gates can divert the material flow to prevent the transfer of ignition sources to other plant areas. Diversion gates are also available in stainless steel for applications in the food and other industries.
Specifications
- Area of application: in positive pressure ducts and drop chutes only, suitable for corrosive media and for use in the food industry
- Material: stainless steel
- Release: electropneumatially via control console
- Drive: pneumatic drive by air cylinder, incl. protective grating
- Switch-over time: 0.1 to 0.4 s, depending on nominal width
- Compressed air supply: 4 to 6 bar, to be provided by the customer
- Control: automatic release and reset via control console, optionally: electrical control unit for manual operation “open/close”

How long does it take to process your order? Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
