FACETAC HAV10; hand application valve for the manual application of 1C-PUR adhesive threads

Low-maintenance, manually activated material valve. The pressure hose is arranged on the intake side of the valve while the application nozzle is on the outlet side. The application nozzle is used to place an adhesive thread on wood or on the workpiece to be glued. While the hand application gun is not in use, it can be attached to the holder included with delivery. Due to the special properties of the application nozzle, no sealing liquid bath is required. Hardened residual adhesive can simply be removed.
Diaphragm pump
The pump is equipped with special diaphragms. It is mounted ready for operation and can be connected to the work side compressed air supply by means of the pressure regulator (max.6 bar).
Pressure Hose
The connection line between the hand application valve and the diaphragm pump. A PVC hose with a nominal diameter of 19mm is supplied with the standard package. Due to the material properties, this PVC hose must be replaced from time to time. The length of the line should not exceed 8m. A special high-quality metal hose is available for special applications at additional cost.
Barrel connection
A PUR adhesive barrel with a 2-inch outlet can be connected to the diaphragm pump by means of a barrel connection. Depending on the design, a 2 m suction hose or corresponding fittings are included with delivery. A filled silicate gel filter with a 3/4-inch connection is included with delivery.
Accessories
- Monitoring vessel
Used for visual monitoring of the barrel. It also facilitates changing barrels. Effective volume about 5 l. Intake with connection line to the barrel. Outlet with tube connection to the ECOPUR diaphragm pump. The monitoring vessel and diaphragm pump are fastened on the single support. - Mobile Cart
Allows for mobile use of the hand application system. The system components can be fastened on the cart. An integrated barrel holder for a 50 l resp. 200 l barrel guarantees for a compact system set up. The mobile cart for the 50 l barrel is made of aluminum profiles, the mobile cart for the 200 l barrel is made of zinc-coated steel. - Barrel holder (free-standing)
For receiving a 50l / 200l barrel. Height of outlet appr. 600 mm. - Surface adapter
Standard widths: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 mm. Individual adaptions and designs are possible after consultation. - Spare nozzle bar for surface adapter
