Description
Temperature treatment kilns are available in sizes of 100 pallets to 2000 pallets. Small kilns are often heated electrically because they need only relatively little heating energy for approx. 2-5 hours of durable heat process. Within the short residence time in the kiln, the lumber hardly dries. Because in the market more and more often temperature-treated and dried lumber/pallets is demanded, most temperature treatment chambers are designed as full dry kilns. This extra can also be added later with low expenditure. Temperature treatment processes are regulated automatically by computer. The curve course of the kiln temperature and the inside lumber temperatures is indicated on the computer display. The color printer delivers a perfect protocol after ending of the heating process. All temperature treatments are recorded and stored on the computer even for later evaluations.

Our control systems have fully automatic programs that meet the ISPM-15 heat treatment regulations. The heat treatment programs are controlled by the actual wood temperature and are designed to use the minimum amount of fuel.

How long does it take to process your order? Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
