Brazing unit LG 21H for the brazing and debrazing of carbide teeth.
The brazing unit LG has proven an invaluable asset for the fast, economical repair of broken and missing teeth. Operating on the resistance principle, the machine first removes the damaged tooth and then inserts the replacement tooth together with solder and flux. A recessed contact plate guarantees precise, rapid insertion of every individual tooth. During soldering, precisely the right heating temperature for each individual blade thickness can be steplessly adjusted at the control transformer. With its extreme convenience and simplicity, the LG gives even inexperienced staff the perfect solution for safe, professional repairs.

Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
