Description
The Nukor Pneumatic Cross Cut Saw has been developed for defect cutting with a high number of cycles per minute. The operation of each cycle consists of four steps.
Step 1: The clamp and blade guard comes down to hold lumber in place and to cover saw.
Step 2: After lumber is clamped, the sawblade rises from under table to cut board.
Step 3: After cutting is completed, the sawblade returns below table.
Step 4: The clamp and blade guard rises to allow timber to be moved to next cutting position.
Complete with special adjustable safety guard in front of sawblade. The saw guard and clamp is height adjustable via a hand knob so that the operator can adjust it for the various board thicknesses. Suitable for dust extraction connection.
Machine pre-wired between electric starter and motor.
Unit complete with 5,5 kW motor, air cylinder and necessary air valves, as well as all air piping, air cleaner and lubricator.
