The OptiCut 150 can be used in a wide variety of applications including rough, bent and twisted lumber because the driven top rollers follow the contour of the wood. In addition, tapered lumber, lumber with incorrect dimensions or untrimmed boards can be transported safely and optimized using the special toothed infeed belt. This system is impressive because of its maximum cutting accuracy, easy operation, and unlimited reliability in continuous mode. DIMTER OptiCut 450 Quantum II – the new generation of the world’s fastest OptiCut
The OptiCut 450 Quantum II sets the standard. It can increase the capacity by up to 15% compared to the older generation! In addition to the innovative VarioSpeed feed, it also has an intelligently controlled waste gate that only opens as wide as is necessary. HighGrip rollers, specially designed for the type of wood, apply pressure to the workpiece for precise positioning.
The positioning is supported by the independently driven length measurement system. This special saw unit can be controlled precisely which enables the user, for example, to minimize tear out.
