Description
The BP 5000 is a mechanical briquetting press for companies with medium to large demand for production of industrial briquettes and consumer logs. The press is equipped with an advanced control system that allows internet access. It is possible to monitor, operate or search for failures and even to reprogram the PLC-function via an internet connection. All operation texts and failure notices can be shown in up to 16 languages. The log function is an important tool for analyzing and improving the briquetting process.
The BP 5000 is a strong press with a sturdy housing made of high tensile steel and fixed on heavy steel reinforced concrete foundation which secures a quiet and safe operation with extremely low vibration level.
It is a strong and reliable press with a capacity of up to 1200 kg/h and produces a briquette with a diameter of 75 mm.

Shipping Policy
How long does it take to process your order? Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email along with your shipping details such as your waybill number if you have chosen the delivery option. Local Pickup – You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 92 Op de Bergen Street Fairview, Johannesburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 16:00 on Mon – Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Delivery (South Africa) – At this time we only offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nukor.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can expect your order within 2 – 5 business days.
